Taking the step to engage in therapy is no small feat and can be a daunting process. It is not unusual to feel anxious or overwhelmed, as we typically seek therapy during difficult times. In our first few sessions, I may ask a multitude of questions in order to get to know you better and learn how I may best support you. Together, we will then discuss and agree upon what you would like to focus on in therapy, how often we will meet and how long you would like to commit to sessions. Take a look at our about page for a more detailed and step-by-step guide to scheduling a first session.
