Individual Psychotherapy
50min Session
Individual psychotherapy offers a one-on-one space to explore the deeper emotional and unconscious patterns that shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Through this process, we uncover how past experiences influence present challenges, such as emotional distress or disconnection, interpersonal conflict or life transitions. By bringing these dynamics to light, therapy fosters self-awareness, helping you navigate these challenges, develop healthier patterns, and achieve meaningful growth. Each session is tailored to your unique journey, providing a confidential and supportive environment for healing.

Schizophrenia Support Group
120 min session (including afternoon tea)
At Cor & Co., we understand the profound challenges and complexities that come with living with schizophrenia. I also co-facilitate a support group for those experiencing psychosis. The group is free and meets every second Monday afternoon at the New Farm Neighbourhood Centre (976 Brunswick Street, New Farm).
This group is designed to offer a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, connect with others facing similar challenges, and develop coping strategies. With a focus on fostering understanding and self-awareness, the group encourages meaningful dialogue and mutual support in a non-judgemental and relaxed environment.
